Web Design and Photography for Maschenzauberei.ch

Today, I’m excited to share a particularly interesting and comprehensive project I’ve been working on recently. I’m talking about the complete relaunch of Maschenzauberei.ch, a wonderful online shop for handmade creations.
This project was a fantastic opportunity to apply my skills beyond photography and to deliver a complete package, from the initial concept to the finished online store.
My responsibilities covered several areas:
- Web Design: Creating a modern, user-friendly, and visually appealing website that perfectly showcases the high-quality products. The focus was on a clear structure and an intuitive experience for visitors.
- Graphic Design & Branding: In line with the name “Maschenzauberei” (which translates to “Stitch Magic”), I designed a new, elegant logo that reflects the artisanal and creative character of the shop.
- Product Photography: What would an online shop be without compelling images? I photographed all the products, placing great emphasis on capturing the fine details, the high quality of the materials, and the love that goes into every single piece.
- Technical Implementation: The entire website was built using WordPress and an integrated shop system (WooCommerce). I handled the complete setup, configuration, and necessary customizations to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
The result is a cohesive and professional online presence that highlights the uniqueness of the products from Maschenzauberei. I am proud of the outcome and am very happy for the owner, who can now present and sell her handmade treasures online.
